The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and MasterCraft Home Services Inc. defining the rules and acceptable behavior of your website and services.

The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by MasterCraft Home Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.

If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.

Terms of Service

By booking an appointment, the client hereby acknowledges and agrees to pay a minimum $95 service fee. This fee is intended to prevent lost wages and to cover time and travel expenses. This fee will be waived once the installation technician is on-site to commence work and the scheduled job moves forward. If for any reason the job can not be completed as scheduled due to no fault of any MasterCraft Home Services Inc. representative, the client will be held liable to pay the $95 service fee within 5 business days from the originally scheduled appointment. Additionally, 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of $50.
